Extremely Satisfied
Mr. Cerney represented me after I broke my arm in a slip and fall on a wet surface in a hotel parking lot in the Bahamas. The hotel's insurance company orginally denied my claim but Mr. Cerney aggressively pursued the claim and convinced the insurance company to settle. I was extremely pleased with the settlement. The entire process was handled in a very professional manner and I was kept well informed.
